Leader of Foundations
Debbie is a highly experienced Senior Business People Leader who specialises in Human Resources with an exceptional record of building and managing focused and efficient teams.
She is a key driver in Mental Health support services to the staff through Mental Health First Aid England. She was personally awarded a Commendation Award by Generation Somerset in 2018 for Outstanding Commitment to Training and led the Company to win the Diversity Award at the Insurance Times Awards in 2018.
Rob has developed his skills through professional sport and relationship-managed banking, and now leads a team that develops and implements training and growth initiatives for nearly 300 staff. As well as speaking across the country on a range of leadership issues, he is a skilled and experienced trainer. He has been instrumental in the Claims Consortium’s move towards an engaging leadership style, which has led them to be listed in the Sunday Time 100 Best Companies to Work For (twice) and achieve Investors in People Gold status.
Carly is an experienced trainer and is one of the few MHFA England certified instructors in the area, that enables her to lead and implement mental health first aid training. She also provides mental health support to Claims Consortium Group’s people.
Jody’s passion for fire safety stems from her studies for a Public and Emergency Services Diploma. She joined our group company in 2015 in an insurance role before becoming learning and development trainer. Jody saw this as an opportunity to combine her passion with her job, and went on to take up the mantle of Chief Fire Warden. She manages the group’s 20+ fire wardens alongside her role of Fire Warden trainer. This enables her to apply real life scenarios and experience to her teaching.
Joe is a First Aid trainer, and assessor and volunteer for St. John Ambulance where he’s an ambulance crew member. For his work with the country’s leading first aid charity, in 2019 Joe was awarded the St John. Ambulance ‘Celebrate West’ Trainer of the Year. As well as being a trainer, Joe works within the Learning and Development Team of our group company and is the company’s chief first aider. He brings a great combination to his courses – the passion and enthusiasm he has for first aid, and the vast experience he has in training.
Live BIG Instructor
Jackson is an enthusiastic, personable and approachable individual who is passionate about mentoring and empowering people to live BIG in every aspect of their professional and personal lives.
He is a natural-born team player who has honed his coaching and leadership skills in a variety of backgrounds as a professional cricketer and in business. Jackson’s approach epitomises the Live BIG ethic: he’s Optimistic, Creative and Focussed on helping you attain the right Energy to take Action and reach your Purpose.

Sue has over 12 years training experience and her real passion is people. Tapping into their potential and working through the psychological barriers that may exist is a challenge she relishes and she brings this to her work as an ambassador for Young Enterprise South West.
