Why is Fire Warden training important? An employer is responsible for having robust fire safety processes in place – to carry out fire risk assessments and to keep accurate fire safety records. This activity must be carried out by a trained fire warden.
Who is it for? It’s a legal requirement for any business with 5 or more employees to have at least one fire warden per 20 staff. Aside from legal compliance, it’s sensible and responsible for any employer to proactively manage fire safety risks and to have someone who can competently act in the right way in the event of a fire emergency.
How does it work? Our Fire Warden training courses will equip you with what you need to be an effective fire warden at work. Our open training courses are run from our new training centre in Taunton, or we can come to you.*
